ezvip Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ezvip," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ezvip online gaming platform, accessible at https://ezvip.app, and its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ezvip platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the ezvip platform, which grants access to games, financial transactions, and platform features.
• "Platform" refers to the ezvip website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, and features made available to Players.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on ezvip, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, bingo, virtual casino games, and specialty titles such as Monster Mine.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their ezvip account using Philippine Peso (PHP) via accepted payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by ezvip, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ezvip platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ezvip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ezvip platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ezvip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 3 Eligibility

To register and use the ezvip platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Player accounts.
3. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ezvip or any of its affiliated companies.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ezvip or by any gaming regulatory authority.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ezvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games on ezvip, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ezvip account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ezvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ezvip immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your ezvip account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Compliance: ezvip is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests, including the submission of government-issued identification documents.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ezvip platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ezvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful processing. ezvip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ezvip processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real Money Balance that has not been used to satisfy any wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and verification requirements.

ezvip reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ezvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• ezvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• ezvip reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific Players for specific promotions at its sole discretion.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ezvip platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

ezvip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, ezvip will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, ezvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. ezvip's decision in such matters is final.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panels. ezvip does not manipulate RTP settings beyond the parameters established by the game providers.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the ezvip platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any other person to use your ezvip account, or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the operation of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ezvip platform, including but not limited to the ezvip name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of ezvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ezvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ezvip.

Any unauthorized use of ezvip's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezvip, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

ezvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ezvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ezvip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. ezvip makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.

11 Responsible Gaming

ezvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, three months, six months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are strictly enforced at the account level.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications that display the duration of their current gaming session and their net gaming activity.

12 Termination and Account Closure

ezvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that the Player is ineligible to use the platform under Section 3.
• Any other reason that ezvip, in its reasonable judgment, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Players.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and compliance checks.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the ezvip platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ezvip's support team. ezvip will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ezvip reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ezvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — ezvip will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the platform. For minor changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, ezvip may update the Terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ezvip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
